Installing a JOES Expansion Tank will help keep your engine cool! A ¼” NPT fitting is welded in at the top for an air bleed line, a ½” pipe fitting for a line to your water pump is near the bottom and an ⅛” fitting for water overflow is provided in the 6061-T6 billet aluminum filler cap housing. Fabricated from 5052 aluminum. JOES Expansion Tanks available with a JOES clamp for 1½”, 1¾” tube mounting or a flat sheet metal mount.
Tank holds .28 US Gallons or 1.06 liters of fluid, approximately.
Outside Tank Dimensions = 7⅜” Height to top of spout, 5⅜” Width, 2⅞” Depth/Length (not counting mounting clamp).
